Nighttime Pictures

April, when I completed a draft of this piece, is sexual assault awareness month.  This piece is centered around a poem written by Yarrow Morgan, which speaks about childhood sexual abuse, the shame surrounding being a survivor, and a refusal to continue to stay silent.  For more information on sexual assault and resources in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area contact:
